• The Company will establish the basic rules for protecting itself to prevent problems from occurring, and raise awareness of information assets.
• For customers and suppliers, The Company will continue to provide reliable information security not only in terms of service quality.

Basic Policy

• The Company will strictly manage the Secret Information about customers, and will not disclose or provide any of that for the third party without obtaining prior consent from the relevant customer.
• The Company will strictly manage the Personal Information about customers, and will not disclose or provide any of that for the third party without obtaining prior consent from the relevant customer.
• The Company will strictly manage the Know-How and Secret Information about itself, and will not disclose or provide any of that for outsides.

Recognizing Main Issues

• Possible infomation leaks on routine task due to negligence
  (A) Loss of PC and so on
  (B) Wrong transmission of E-mail and so on
  (C) Accident due to violation of information security rule
• Information leaks due to unauthorized access
• Information leaks due to physical means by outsiders
• Malfeasance by company staff member
• In addition, subjects which enough cost effective countermeasure exists within all subjects of assumed information securities on the job

Compliance Concering Information Security

Neutral corporation will construct the information security management system in consideration of copylight low, unfair competition prevention law, and labor standards law. And the company will observe the contractual coverage with customer based on obligation to keep secrets.
